From companion demo to platform

HARUKA now spans real-time rendering, voice, Open Souls behavior, API access, embedding, and token-linked payment utility. The current roadmap is less about proving the concept and more about expanding where the companion can live.

Completed: Foundation, companion intelligence, and infrastructure are shipped.

In Progress: x402, buyback mechanics, and token utility are the active commercial layer.

Planned: Gaming, screen awareness, desktop presence, and broader distribution define the next expansion wave.
